When you install the public beta of ColdFusion Builder, the software will remain active until October, 2009. Once the commercial version of ColdFusion Builder has shipped, you will need to uninstall the public beta and install the final version.

When you install the public beta of ColdFusion 9, opt to install it as a 30 day trial version. The software will actually stay in trial mode until October, 2009 at which point it will revert to the Developer Edition. Once the commercial version of ColdFusion 9 has shipped, you will need to uninstall the public beta and install the final version.
